Reducing carbon footprints.

Emicool partnered with MHPM_Driver to increase the utilization of its 92,000 tonnes district cooling plant in Motor City to Akoya City via 40km of pipeline network. The strategic goal of this project was to utilize the cooling capacity available in the DSP to generate additional sales for Emicool, with a minimum annual reduction of power consumption worth AED 65 million. We delivered a sustainable solution, which will save on energy and reduce carbon emissions. Our role included reviewing contract documents, identifying and mitigating risks, establishing the value of executed works and certification of contractors’ payments, monitoring project expenditure, forecasting costs, overseeing the execution of the project, and delivering it to an acceptable standard and within the required timeframe.
