Bin Ham Electro Mechanical (Bin Ham) is an Abu Dhabi-based contractor with a strong track record in electro-mechanical, infrastructure and civil works, water and power plants, landscaping, and maintenance works. In 2016, Bin Ham were awarded a major infrastructure package on the Wahat Al Zaweya (WAZ) Project. The company appointed us in 2015 to review, assess, develop and implement standardized policies and procedures across their project delivery methodology. We believe that ‘projects fail at the beginning, not at the end’ and therefore focused on providing maximum support during the 3-month project initiation phase. This is where Bin Ham needed to mobilize the team, set procurement strategies, define the communication and reporting mechanisms and develop the project execution plan.
