Colliers Project Leaders has been engaged by real estate developer Boston Properties to provide commissioning services for multiple projects including:

• Reservoir Place North 170 Tracer Lane: 73,258 square foot Class A Office building.
• 1265 Main Street: New four-story, single-tenant building featuring a roof deck, a 5,000 square foot private outdoor terrace, an employee retail store and fitness center, a three-story lobby, and covered parking.

We provided integrated commissioning services in accordance with LEED EA Prerequisite 1, Fundamental Commissioning and EA Credit 3, Enhanced Commissioning from the design through the warranty phase. In the role of commissioning agent, we coordinated the functions of system documentation, equipment start-up, control system calibrations, testing and balancing, performance testing, and training. We also verified that all commissioning procedures were completed in accordance with LEED standards.

In addition, we also provided commissioning services on behalf of Boston Properties for the mixed-use development 10 CityPoint and the retail building The Stack at 99 Third Avenue.
