Three of the DAMAC Towers are residential with approximately 1,200 luxury serviced suites and the fourth tower houses a Paramount Hotel and residences. Suites feature contemporary design cues that evoke elements of the California lifestyle. Facilities will include eight restaurants, bars and lounges; high-end retail, luxury spa, conference facilities, swimming pool, state-of-the-art gymnasium and 24-hour valet parking service. We were engaged by DAMAC in 2015 to provide commercial management and claims consultancy services. This entailed managing all commercial consultants, preparation of detailed assessments of variation requests, delay and quantum analysis for Extension of Time claims, and providing monthly costs reports and financial projections to the client and their project teams.
