Dimension Data Office Build-Out

Creating an innovative, dimensional space for Dimension Data.

Colliers Project Leaders provided comprehensive project management services to complete the build-out of the 18th floor of One Penn Plaza for Dimension Data. Our services included design management, new construction including selective demolition, reconfiguration, furniture fixtures and equipment (FF&E), and move management into the new space. Additionally, we managed the decommissioning effort required to move from the existing space.

Colliers assisted the client in developing the entire project team with the exception of the architect, Gensler. This included the selection of all sub-consultants and the construction manager.

We also managed all FF&E services including liquidation of the existing space on the 16th floor, as well as all low voltage requirements (Tel/Data, AV, Security) for the 18th floor build-out. We collaborated with the client throughout multiple phases, ensuring compliance with the contract obligations and that the costs remained within budget parameters.
