Elie Saab is a leading international fashion designer famous for designing haute couture dresses for celebrities and royalty, with more than 100 retail outlets worldwide. As part of their expansion, Elie Saab planned a second retail outlet in Mall of the Emirates, Dubai. MHPM_Driver’s role involved validating the budget, managing stakeholders from several parts of the world, including Italy, Lebanon, and UAE, procurement of the main contractor, provisional sum items, and client-supply items. We delivered this challenging project on time, 25% below budget and to the client’s exacting quality standards.
