Granby, MA East Meadow Elementary School Renovation

Colliers Project Leaders was engaged to provide project management services for the West Street Elementary School. We oversaw the selection of a design team to conduct the Feasibility/Schematic design study which included the development and evaluation of seven potential alternative solutions. The agreed upon solution is an addition and complete renovation of the Town’s East Meadow Elementary School with closure of the West Street facility upon completion of that construction.

The Town approved the project for continued design and construction at a town public vote in March 2016. The total project budget of the program was $34 Million.

We were engaged to provide project management services and is currently providing design oversight services including budget, quality and schedule management.
