Expanding retail footprints.

Our team managed the design and construction of the Holt Renfrew flagship store. We represented the client while working with over 80 vendors during the construction process. This project required the key responsibility of ensuring business continuity as the store remained open during construction. Our team had a dedicated project management office on-site for the 18-month span of the project so we could work closely with store management and Holt Renfrew executives. The result is 92,000 sq. ft. of retail space over two floors, and 28,000 sq. ft. of basement space.
