Hyatt Andaz – La Mer

Refining the guest experience.

Expected to open in 2020, the Hyatt Andaz in the coastal La Mer will become the first Andaz branded hotel in Dubai. To successfully deliver this project, our team selected design consultants with relevant experience and focused considerable effort on expediting local authority approvals ahead of time. We were proactive in identifying potential risks – such as limited power and water – before the design stage, ensuring that the client addressed these concerns before the project construction began. In addition, and despite time constraints, our team proposed new materials and solutions that will lower the overall project cost.
