Colliers Project Leaders is the overall project manager for the development of a new high-rise Class A+ commercial office project located along Stuart Street, across from the John Hancock campus consisting of 200 Berkeley Street and 197 Clarendon Street.

The project will transform the site from an underutilized 1920s office structure to a modern office tower with a curved glass façade that promises to make a unique visual statement along the city’s "high spine." The project is comprised of a cutting-edge 26-story office tower, a rooftop conference and building amenity space, and 4 levels of underground parking.
