Jumeirah Beach Hotel Recladding

Enhancing the safety of an iconic hotel in Dubai.

Jumeirah Group appointed MHPM_Driver as the Project Management Consultant to deliver the recladding of the exterior of the Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Our team prepared the RFP to hire a specialist façade consultant based on the client’s brief and worked with them to devise a plan for the panel removal, review and tests, coordination with manufacturers in Japan, panel procurement, and installation of 7,800 sqm spread over the façade. The design was required to comply with international and local standards and all work was undertaken as part of a larger refurbishment of the hotel. We were also responsible for programming and overseeing the execution of the works, which were successfully handed over prior to the hotel re-opening in October 2018.
