King School Upper School Renovations

Colliers Project Leaders was engaged by the King School to serve as owner’s project manager during the renovation of its Upper School. Colliers developed a series of phasing options for King’s Upper School Renovation and worked with the Board of Trustees to determine the most appropriate course of action. Renovations took place within a fully occupied building, with construction occurring during academic breaks and after school hours as well as operating under a limited budget and with a very complex phasing plan. In addition, we were engaged to provide owner’s project management services for the parking lot and playground renovations at the Lower School.

In our role as owner’s project manager, we were responsible for facilitating communications between participating parties including consultants, contractors, regulatory authorities, and client constituencies. We were also responsible for communicating and coordinating project planning and construction activities with campus operations.
