The existing Le Méridien is a family friendly 5-star hotel boasting a breathtaking private beach, swimming pools, a water sports centre, Kids Club, and award-winning restaurants and bars. The new extension will diversify accommodation options to attract a broader range of visitors. MHPM_Driver’s scope on this project includes creating the design brief, prequalifying consultants, managing RFPs, design and tender management, budget control, and liaison with the operator during construction and design. The addition of the new tower within an existing operational hotel plot brings challenges to the project. Our team has focused on ensuring that the impact on the guest experience and ongoing operations is minimized during construction. We have managed the expectations of both the operator and the owner and achieved consensus, so that the project is proceeding on schedule.
