The Mandarin Oriental Dubai hotel features 70 sqm rooms, suites up to 900 sqm, and six branded restaurants and bars. MHPM_Driver led the design management and tendering phases and provided post-contract support to Wasl’s in-house team during construction and pre-opening. As the first Mandarin Oriental in the region, our team negotiated the operator’s strict brand standards, aligning them with the owner’s goals. Our team added value by revisiting the guestroom layout to increase the floor plate efficiency and we re-packaged the ID procurement packages to ensure the project delivery aligned with the programme.
