Colliers Project Leaders was engaged for the high-end, office renovations of the law firm Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt.

The firm has resided at the 900 3^rd Avenue location for more than 30 years and has grown exponentially over the years. As part of the lease renewal, Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt commenced an interior space renovation, which resulted in a creative, modern and synergistic space to meet the evolving needs of their clients.

The project consisted of significant logistics planning and phased executions to allow the client to maintain full operation and tenant occupancy during the construction.

Considerable management of the timeline, vendors and subcontractors was imperative to successfully deliver the project on time and within budget.
