ENBD REIT sought the services of a consultant to act as their trusted advisor in both the pre- and post-acquisition phases to ensure that the organisation’s risks were property managed. MHPM_Driver’s experience in the UAE’s education sector allowed our Project Management team to assist in the process to develop and hand over a school project. The team undertook a comprehensive review of the project’s status and provided a summary report that advised ENBD REIT on the key risks and how to manage them.

In line with the client’s deadline to complete the acquisition, the research phase—including payment analysis, on-site investigation and discussions with the ENBD REIT team—prior to the submission of the final report, was completed in three weeks. MHPM_Driver’s delivery was efficient, budget conscious and exceeded the client’s quality and performance expectations.
