Development management for a historic church restoration project.

Colliers Project Leaders was initially engaged to develop the scope of services, solicit fee proposals, recommend and lead the selected consulting team in the development of a comprehensive plan for the complete restoration of The Mother Churches. At the heart of the Christian Science Center in Boston’s Back Bay, The Churches serve as the world headquarters which include the century old Original, Extension and late seventies Portico. As with the Center these structures are all Boston Landmark Designated and regarded as among the most architecturally significant in the City.
