The Noodle House Madinat Jumeirah

Re-imagining a popular Asian restaurant in Dubai.

The Noodle House located in Souk Madinat Jumeirah is a well-established restaurant and brand name that has been serving exquisite authentic South East Asian cuisine for over ten years. In order to maintain the brand’s market-position the client implemented a new design to refresh the overall look and feel of the outlet, including new wall, floor and ceiling finishes, new lighting, PAVA, artwork, FF&E concept and partial upgrades to the kitchen equipment and OS&E. MHPM_Driver took the project from its inception, through stakeholder approvals, tendering and award, construction, authority approvals to opening. When tenders exceeded pre-tender estimates, we led a series of value engineering workshops with the designers and end-users until costs were back within budget.
