Back Bay Office Tower

Transforming the Back Bay.

Colliers Project Leaders was the overall project manager for the development of this landmark project located at the intersection of Stuart Street, Columbus Avenue, and Berkeley Street in the Back Bay.

The project has transformed the space offerings in the Southeast corner of the Back Bay from a collection of underutilized and outdated, turn of the century buildings to a modern single structure that has become a natural extension of the city’s high spine. The project is comprised of a 23-story office tower, 4 levels of underground parking, a separate 2-story conference center connected by an all-glass footbridge, and an abundance of landscaped open space. The new office tower is seamlessly incorporated into the historic 330 Stuart Street building.
