Black Tap Burgers & Shakes is a famous upmarket gourmet burger outlet based out of New York. Our client, Sunset Hospitality, is the exclusive franchisee outside of the USA. MHPM_Driver maintained on-site representation for the opening of the Dubai Festival City location to ensure that the interior designer and contractor were in full compliance with project requirements including a refreshed design that had previously only been implemented in Black Tap’s Las Vegas, Nevada location. The project was delivered within a challenging budget and schedule, during which the adjacent mall and hotel remained open, placing additional restrictions on site operations. We led the project from concept, through construction, to grand opening.
