The $56M development of the Canoe Landing project will alleviate the constraint of the growing population by providing world-class services in education, recreation, and daycare. From conception through to the post-construction phase, our team is providing advisory and full project management services during the site investigation, planning, and design. Our Advisory Services team reviews ownership and shared-use models with stakeholders before leading the development of the Canoe Landing shared-use agreement. We are also leading the technical and management aspects of planning and pre-construction activities so stakeholders can make informed decisions at each stage. Our multi-disciplined team of project managers and advisors obtain input, approval, and buy-in from multiple stakeholders with a variety of objectives and success criteria.
