LEED Gold & Net Zero Energy projects on historic campus.

Colliers Project Leaders provided project management services for multiple projects at Williams College including the Center for Development Economics (CDE) Residence Hall and the new Williams Inn.

The CDE Residence Hall is a two-story, 30 bed private room residence hall. This building houses the CDE Fellows who are enrolled in the Center for Development Economics master level program. The residence hall provides living space for the Fellows, which is private and separate from the main Saint Anthony Hall building which houses their academic, social, dining, and administrative components of the program. The residence hall has been designed to achieve Net Zero Energy certification.

The new Williams Inn will not only operate as a hotel, but as a community space. The 64-room hotel will be reflective of the architecture of New England farms, built of stone and wood. The new inn will resemble a farmhouse, while the restaurant and bar will be housed in a barn-like structure. Featured will be a full-service restaurant, 3,200 square feet of meeting and event space, and a fitness center. The Inn is a LEED Gold Certified project.
