Our project management services and retail construction insight allowed Club Monaco to optimize the best value for their investments and deliver store opening certainty across their expanded retail footprint. Their expansion includes the new flagship store in Montreal, a 10,000 sq. ft. two-storey development; and the new 6,000 sq. ft. store in the new wing of Sherway Gardens, the most iconic high-end retail centre in Mississauga. In the Greater Philadelphia Area, Club Monaco expanded their footprint in the King of Prussia Plaza development with a new $3.3M, 5,433 sq. ft. location.
