Feasibility Study

Closing the gap.

Our Advisory Services team was hired by the Town to undertake the feasibility study. The study began with a thorough review of existing documents and information that outlined the existing healthcare service program, demographics, waiting times, funding models, and location. Our team followed up with a needs assessment and utilization analysis of the existing healthcare system. To assess the future needs, we led a public consultation session and interviewed stakeholders to develop a holistic understanding of the requirements. With all of our findings in hand, our Advisory Services team performed a gap analysis and provided a summary report on the recommendations for the new facility.

Colliers Project Leaders used a wide range of professional resources to develop an exceptional report that we can use to assist our community in assessing the merits of developing our facility. The project was delivered on time and on budget. Project leaders worked diligently to ensure the content of the report reflected the scope of the identified project.”
