Building innovative spaces.

The new 44,000 sq. ft. facility includes three programming clusters: Innovation and Incubation; Advanced Manufacturing and Technology; and Industrial Sustainability and Skills. Our team provided leadership, planning, and communication for the application to receive Strategic Investment Fund (SIF) funding. Work took place within a six-week deadline to coordinate the efforts of external consultants and internal college stakeholders, and develop a proposal checklist, framework, schedule, and communications plan. We produced procurement documents for a Bridging and Compliance consultant and led the Owner’s Statement of Requirements in anticipation of the Design-Build project. The SIF application was successful, and the college was so pleased with our work during the application process that we were hired to provide project management services for the construction of the TEC Hub.
