Emicool is financing, designing, procuring, constructing, commissioning and will operate a 60,000 tonnes of refrigeration (TR) district cooling plant (DCP) in Dubai South. The development of their 14^th DCP will contribute to Emicool’s strategic plan to increase their overall cooling capacity to 500,000 TR by 2020. MHPM_Driver is acting as the trusted advisor to Emicool to ensure that the project mission is aligned with Emicool’s strategic vision and objective. We have played a pivotal role in providing executive project management and monitoring services, including reviewing project documents, identifying risks, following up on critical milestones, examining the compliance of project submissions to Emicool’s standards, and we will lead the execution of all aspects of the new project.
