Envoy Hotel Boston – Marriott Autograph Collection

Development & project management of a 6-story luxury hotel in Boston’s innovation district.

Colliers Project Leaders is the overall development manager and Owner’s Project Manager for the Envoy Hotel Boston project. The project began construction in the fall of 2013 and was completed in May 2015 and has been an instant success.

Part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, the Envoy Hotel Boston is an 85,000 SF, 136-key luxury boutique hotel located at the gateway to Boston’s burgeoning Innovation District.

Consisting of a 6-story building with an unprecedented rooftop lounge and restaurant area, the project provides guests with a uniquely forward-looking experience and spectacular views of the downtown skyline and has been an instant success.

Due to a highly constrained development envelope, we directed the project team to develop an extraordinarily efficient, space-conscious building that nonetheless offers superior quality and volume of guestroom spaces and public areas.

The Envoy is among the first ground-up Autograph Collection hotels in the United States.
