Preserving history.

The St. Lawrence Parks Commission hired our team to lead the project from conception to completion. As the owner’s representative, we ensured that all aspects of the project adhered to the strict schedule and budget set by the client. The building is located on a UNESCO World Heritage site. As such, an extensive archeological investigation and a thorough Heritage Impact Assessment process were conducted to ensure the project remained consistent with the Parks Canada Fort Henry Management Plan and Commemorative Integrity Statements.
