EPA, our equipment planning team provided equipment and furniture for three hospital towers - the Women’s Hospital (190 beds), Ambulatory and Minimally Invasive Surgical Hospital (14 Operating Theatres and 64 beds), Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Hospital (200 beds) and a Translational Research Institute (TRI) (550 beds). Our team provided planning, procurement and commissioning services for the three towers plus planning for the TRI. The team also provided functional list, AutoCAD layouts, budget, procurement specification, tender issuance, analyses and awards. EPA utilized a full- time on-site Commissioning team, supported by periodic visits from Toronto-based staff. The project started in 2011, with commissioning completed in 2018.
