The Talise brand offers an elevated wellness lifestyle for its customers. The Talise Fitness Center is currently in a standalone building adjacent to the main building of the Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Dubai Holding has decided to integrate the Fitness Center into the existing Jumeirah Beach Hotel whilst maintaining the same high level of services offered through the existing facility. MHPM_Driver have been appointed as client representatives and, with our expertise in programme management and stakeholder management, we are facilitating the project execution and ensuring that the facilities are designed, procured and built to the client’s expectations. The project has multiple contractors working simultaneously to deliver the facility, and our team is responsible for managing the interface amongst these contractors.
