We provided project management services for the duration of the project. Our team finalized the functional program and coordinated the stakeholder engagement. Compliance with local and regional building codes is important on a project of any scale, but healthcare projects add an extra layer of complexity with CSA Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) requirements. Throughout the design our team worked with the regional IPC staff to identify isolation rooms for material delivery and developed ‘terminal clean’ schedules as rooms were finished and deficiencies completed—allowing for seamless occupancy. The project was completed a month and a half ahead of schedule.
