Shaping sustainable futures.

Our team led the development of the facility under a fast-track implementation schedule with a 20-month timeline to meet the SIF funding requirements. Our team coordinated the collective efforts of the Integrated Project Teams (Architect, Engineering consultants, Construction Manager, and the University) and supervised the implementation of a series of sub-projects to allow for sequential design, permitting, tendering, and construction to keep the project on-schedule. The new building is collaborative and experiential with demanding operational and safety requirements that must comply with industry standards and best practices.
