Completed projects include the Stem Cell Research renovation, Cat-Scan and MRI-suite renovation, the Breast Health Centre, Gamma Pod system delivery, and general repairs. Our team provides project plans, including schedule, budget, and defined scope; procurement and management of design teams and contractors; value engineering; change management support; and full financial reporting and cost control.
