At the University of Victoria, planning, implementation, and close-out of facility projects is a responsibility of the Capital Development Division of Facilities Management. Our Advisory Services team worked with the University to develop a Facilities Management Project Delivery Model. The program of work will bridge the gap between existing and desired project management knowledge, skills, and aptitudes within their department to achieve broader organizational objectives.
