Colliers Project Leaders served as commissioning agent during the construction of the $120 Million, 376,300 square foot new mixed-use development located in Boston’s Innovation District within the South Boston Waterfront. This 21-story LEED structure includes 234 rental apartments, 72,000 square feet of retail space, an above-ground 85 space parking facility, and a 14,000 square foot Innovation Center that provides office/flex/IT rack space for small entrepreneurial and developing companies.

As commissioning agent, we provided integrated commissioning services in accordance with LEED EA Prerequisite 1, Fundamental Commissioning and EA Credit 3, Enhanced Commissioning from the schematic design through the warranty phase.
