Colliers Project Leaders provided comprehensive commissioning services for the installation of new and upgraded HVAC systems at the Police Station and Fire Station in Wellesley, MA.

We were responsible for verifying that the HVAC systems performed according to the design intent and the owner’s operational needs. Our team was responsible for submittal reviews, development of equipment installation check lists and functional performance test procedures as well as verification that installation and performance of energy consuming systems met the Owner’s project requirements and basis of design.
