As Bell’s project manager and owner’s representative for the four-years of the design and construction of the new Bell retail stores, we maintained quality control at every step of project delivery to mitigate the risk of design omissions and construction oversight. The accelerated schedule of these projects demanded uninterrupted efficiency and continuity during design and tender, leaving minimal room for error. Our team standardized the documents and processes to ensure the program had a consistent roll-out—a single project typically took nine-weeks from site assessment to Grand Opening.
