With a flexible and scalable team of project managers, project engineers, and support staff, augmented by subject matter experts, our team can meet the variable demands of the sewerage and drainage program.

Projects to-date include the Sapperton Pump Station, a new 6.5 m3/s liquid waste pump station to replace an existing 38-year old pump station. As Metro Vancouver’s largest sewerage pump station, this project is considered a critical component of the region’s liquid waste system. Our scope of services includes the remediation of contaminated soil; coordination with BC Hydro for new 69 kV power service to the station; review of tender ready documents and assistance with their preparation; and risk management.

The Iona Island Wastewater Treatment Plant was originally built in 1963 and has undergone several expansions to accommodate for population growth. Due to this, the plant needs to be upgraded to secondary treatment levels by 2030, required by new federal regulations and the approved Metro Vancouver Integrated Liquid Waste and Resource Management Plan. The scope for this project includes support with RFP and RFQ development for the Owner’s Engineer and Design-Build Contractor, master project schedule development, and monthly project status reports.
